can i apply to wes if icas is asking for documents again and again

Dear all i have applied to icas , they wanted document from univerty directly so on my request they sent one sealed envolp throw speed post but icas were not satisfied so i requested them to send again now again they have sent it now they want some more information from my university throw mail but my university haven,t got any mail and infact they also informed me that we can,t reply to any mail because no one is authorised to reply to any of these kind of mails so any please suggest

WES is just the same. They kept asking the same documents again and again. They never mentioned cleary which documents are lacking. Sent my application last April and its been 5 months my status is still ' Waiting for required documents'. And if you want to withdraw your application you will never get back your money as they have no refund policy

I am Single aged 23

I have done B.com In 20012 and since that i am working with a Charted Accountant as a Junior Accountant from June 2012 to present with 2+ yrs of experience

I Have my cousins In canada ( daughter of taya ji ) and i have never been to Canada.

I wanna to apply under NOC 1111.

But problem is the earliest date for Ielts is 22 November 2014. And I am not sure will i get the required 67 points or not.??

My consultant is pressurizing me to start the process of stage 1 of Educational Credential Assessment from now even before my Ielts Exam.

Now I wanted to Know that

1) Should I start the satge 1 OF ECA before Ielts Exam If i wanna to apply under this system and NOT under Expree Entry System ??

2) How Much score Of Ielts is required for me to qualify ??

3) Will i get requred 67 points ??
