Can I apply to CEC with 2 or more jobs?

I started to work in April 2017 for a job category B.... My employer didn't pay me and I submit a claim to Ministry of Labor, then in June I started 2 jobs in B category then I quit one of them and in december I got another job also in B category. May I apply to CEC now?

NOC B is ok. Were these jobs full time (30+ hours/week)? Since it is barely 1 year, you need the full time to accumulate enough for CEC

It was full time then part time then full time again
