Can I apply OINP HCP Tech Draw after getting nomination by OINP Masters Stream?

I have been nominated by OINP Masters Stream a month ago and now in the EE pool. Is it possible that I can be invited by HCP Tech draw? Or even if I can get invitation, I will be rejected during provincial stage, as I have already got a nomination by Ontario? Or because they belong to non-ee and ee pnp, separately, I can also apply through HCP Tech Draw with a Master Streams nomination?
