Can I apply for try from India with having valid study permit??

I have my valid study permit till December 2017 and I am enrolled for May semester but my trv has been expired and I didn't saw that and I went to India so can I apply for trv from India and will I get my trv from India for returning Canada ??

Yes, you can. Processing will be more thorough. You will have to show transcripts, new LOE and funding proof.
