Can I apply for TRV extension in Canada and get the stamping done in India ?

I have applied for study permit extension . I hope to get the extension soon. After this I need to travel to India soon due to family reasons. If I apply for TRV from inside Canada, can I get the stamping done from India once TRV is approved. Please let me know .Thanks
