Can I apply for Travel Document after I turn 18 years of age? VIP members pls rp

My PR card has expired and I did not meet the residency obligation. My father was the principal applicant at the time when my whole family got their PR cards. I turned 18 years of age last year and wish to go to Canada to study. Can I apply for my Travel Documents under Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds by myself now??

Yes you can. Make sure you explain to them that you were removed from Canada by your parents as a minor and you now wish to return.
