Can I apply for Student Visa Again

HI Everyone....!! I have completed 2 years of technician course in Canada and working in one of the company from last 2 years on open work permit. I have completed EE profile and waiting for ITA. now only one year is left. So I just want to know that am I eligible to apply for student visa again to study further.. if yes, then will I get the same 3 years of open work permit again? Need some guidance on this.. Thanks in advance for your help on this...!!!!

You can apply for Student Permit again but you won't get PGWP again coz that's a one time deal.
