New account for your dad as the principal applicant. Your mom can apply as a dependent/family member using his account

You have to modify your father questioner in which u have to mention your mother and automatically your mother application will also create .

but they did not asked any such question in questionnaire. there was one question do you want to apply for your spouse? but it was mentioned that we can if spouse is in canada. Are u asking to modify this question?

Yes .there is question also any one accompanying you for visit and weather he is dependent or older

one more thing my parents are coming because my wife is pregnant. for my father i mentioned visit family. but for my mom system is showing options visit-tourism or visit- all other. So what should i select?
