Can I apply for my parents visitor visa from IRCC portal. I am on a work permit but have applied for PR.

As per the information I found, my parents are my immediate family members but since I am over 18 and not dependent anymore, I am not part of their immediate family. So can I use IRCC portal to apply for my parents visa since it does not allow you to apply for visiting extended family who are not permanent residents?

They must create their own account or you can create their own account for them.
