Can I apply for EE if I already applied for FSW under old system

I have applied for FSW and have got my PER but since then it has been several months and no response from LVO.
I have enough points to get invite in EE, but can i get invite if I already have one application for FSW underway?
Do I need first to revoke my FSW application or I should do that once I receive ITA
