Can I apply for a PR while being an Undergrad Student

Hey
I want to apply for a PR, here is a bit about me. I am a Pakistani Second year student doing Bachelors of Computer Science in Windsor, Ontario Just completed my first year. I have been a full time student for the last semester. And going to take the Summer, intersession (6 weeks). Can I apply for PR. If not how long should I wait. and What else I need to do?

Unfortunately you don't qualify yet. You need to graduate and then get one year of work experience in Canada.

That means I have to complete my bachelors, and then work for a year, then I can apply.
cz Im having some doubts about doing Masters? what your opinion?
