Can I apply CERB ?

Hi anyone, My Work permit expired of Nov 31, 2019 and My SIN also expired. Before expired I applied for Work extension but my status expired in Jan 27, 2020 with restoration status for some less requirements. They gave me 90 days for reapply the work permit with add requirements. I applied again restoration with full requirements on Mar 09, 2020 but my biometrics is pending due to COVID-19.

Can anyone please let me know that when will be start biometrics and Can I apply CERB with this Case?

HI, I also have a question regarding repayment of CERB money. I need to repay my April CERB, But I have already received May CERB too. When I login to my CRA account, after putting the value of 2000 for repayment It don't give me the option to specify the period for which i am repaying the CERB.
is anyone here going through same struggle??
