Hi Everyone,
I am new to this forum, hope you can give me some help about the CEC & FSW.
I applied under CEC almost a year ago, but until now still have no news yet.... :'( :'( :'(
and recently I got the positive LMO, so I plan to apply the FSW once I renew my LMO work permit. but I am not sure if I can apply the FSW since I already applied the CEC. Does anyone know about it? ( I have a job offer, because I am still working in the same company)
and about the Visa office, I see a lots people saying that their FSW are handling by different Visa offices, but from the CIC website, it says application should mail to Sydney office. I am wondering is it the Sydney office will decide which Visa office they will transfer the application to, or it is the applicant decides the visa office? ( should I mail my applicaiton to one of the Visa office instead of Sydney? )
