Can I apply both FSW and CEC together?

Yes you can. I did apply for both. btw what do you mean you are about to work in Canada?? You haven't got 1 years experience already then how do you qualify for CEC ??

I started working nov last year. Now, I just prepare all documents and apply nov this year.

Yes you can have two separate applications under FSW and CEC.

If you qualify under FSW, you can apply right away. You will have to wait until November in order to be eligible to apply under CEC.
