Can i apply along with my spouse as she is going to apply the PGWP and she has the offer the letter...

But i am in my home country.

You can't apply for a SOWP until your spouse receives her work permit and starts work. Then if the job is NOC A, B or O, you have to apply for the TRV (if required) OWP with a copy of her job description her, PGWP, and a copy of 1 pay slip.

We have heard that we can apply simultaneously for his OWP.
