Can I add my husband's details in the visa after passport stamping?

I am from India and I am about to marry around end of April this year. My passport will be stamped on January 2021. The problem is my medical report is going to expire on the same month. I am not sure how long will they extend the visa. If they extend to right after April, there's no chance I can arrange spouse visa for my husband before leaving for Canada. What should do I here? How long should we wait for spouse visa?
