Dear Friends,

My younger brother want go for further education (Masters) to Canada (Toronto). He will complete his Bachelor's Degree in June 2010. He is residing in India. I am his elder brother; Can I accompany him as a family member? Also let me know who can accompany him?

Help Needed...... ASAP..

Best Regards,

Hemant Pandya.

I am no expert. I have never applied for a tourist visa. I doubt they will give you a tourist visa just for that. If you don't have status in canada, it would be hard to accompany him. Apply for a tourist visa and see.

For most people in the west, even first year undergraduate students will go to another country by themselves.

Most importantly, wait for others to answer because I am really not an expert in this.

Unlikely, foreign minors need a guardian appointed in Canada to attend school
