Can he apply for the PR after complete the course ?

If he is eligible for an express entry or a PNP program, then he can most definitely apply for PR. PR has nothing to do with where you study. The only thing affected by where you study is PGWP(post graduate work permit). The program can affect the amount of points you get for PR, but nothing else.

You should note this is a private college and your husband will not qualify for a Post Graduate Work Permit once he finishes his studies. Without a PGWP, it can be pretty difficult to qualify for PR. I would pick a different school (private college or university).

I am planning to study from Toronto school of management for ACCA since it's the only ACCA approved institute in North America but it ain't pgwp eligible.
If after finishing my ACCA I join to a pwgp eligible public university, will it affect my post graduate work permit or PR?
Please help me out.
