I'm currently working in Canada on an IEC visa and looking to get PR through FSW as my work visa expires in May.
I have a job offer in video production which can be supported with LMIA. My degree is also in video production.
However, all my experience in this field so far have been self-employed, which I understand does not count towards the one year skilled work experience needed for FSW. I do have one year working in first line technical support which fits category 2282, which is skill type B.
Would I be able to use this work experience in my application?
