Can find proper job before landing

Hello all,
I've heard plenty of time that new PR holder spend several months to find a appropriate job
, while one of the most important aspect of immigration is, working on job that your deserve .

Is there any suitable and better process rather than just sending a CV to many companies before Landing for ensuring that you could be hired sooner than several months for a guy with expertise skills?

I mean what is the fast procedure that a new immigrant can find good job(might be not related too much) within a 2 weeks after residing there?

I entirely agree what you've replied me
But to me despite of the fact you were telling and I am fervently believe in that, sounds were little bit strange.but why?
why with a PhD and 10 Y exp should start from very low level!!!it's not some kind of burning opportunity(opportunity here means age,energy and time)!
10 Y exp in country A, as you mentioned early, would be differ from Canada ! so anyone should pass another 10 Y to reach same position and same level as He/She was in his/her respective country?
Could I elucidate my purpose clearly ?

As an example :
With 30 Y old and 8 Y experience in any field as a new immigrant , should start from very basic and build his life and 8 Y later (16 Y work in total) reach to his deserve position !!!!!!!!it's not strange ?

To sum up, Is it at least possible to find a job within a month after landing ? not deserve or any high level job?
