If the LMO has been approved can the employer sponsor the employee for Permanent Residency?

Hi: Check the Provincial Nominee Programme for your Province and that will guide you. The type of job and the length of time you have worked in the Province, the employer's previous history of following the guidelines, size of the business and number of previously sponsored employees are some of the factors.
