Can Dental Assistant become P.R. ?

Hi,

I am an Indian Dentist. I am studying PSW(8 months certificate course). I want to know if I do dental Assistant(8 months certificate course) here , how many months of work permit will I get?

Will I get permanent resident card under this courses?

Why not come as a dentist under federal skilled worker?
