Can CIC call the Employer for verification after RPRF ?

I know that their email when they send RPRF says something like this "Your Application was found eligible", But can they call the employer to verify experience after RPRF too or in other words can they reject an application based on eligibility even after RPRF too ?

yes, they can. But it's not common.

Probably not ! If they need to call employer for job verification they'd call during eligibility in progress period ! RPRF is usually requested after the Eligibility is passed !
