Can Canada Student Permit Holders Apply for PR under Skilled Wrorker Category

Hi All,

I've received my Canada student permit late this year so can not start study this year, therefore, I deferred for next fall Sep 2017). Meanwhile I would like to apply for PR under skilled worker category. Please help me to know will there be any issue in my PR application because I already holding student permit.
