I am studying in a public post-secondary institution in Vancouver.
From Jan, 2011 to August 2011, I was taking part time courses with full time load(each term took at least 9 credits). From September, 2011 to May, 2012, I was accepted into 2 year diploma program to continue the last two level. Unfortunately I can not complete all the courses within that period. Now I have to switch back to part course to finish my diploma study with full time load from this September. I plan to wrap up my study by next May, and during these months, I will be eligible to be full time student. Based on my situation, can I apply for 3 year post graduate work permit when I get my 2-year diploma? look forward to your kind response, thank you!
