Can anyone tell me about ainp?

Actually I got Lmia approved then I applied for work permit which is in process. Can anyone tell me m I in implied status ? Can I get ainp nomination . Yesterday my employer got a call from ainp and she was asking about me , my employer told her that I have got Lmia and applied for my work permit but still she was asking for my status . So now I am so confused , will she refuse my ainp ?
