we received a letter from CHC Islamabad Pakistan that u have to pay the RPRF fee but my mom medical is not completed yet ... whats the next process after we pay the RPRF fee ??? thanks

b/c she got T.B but she is fine now and the last report is going on 20 of dec i am confuse that her medical is not completed yet and they ask for RPRF ....??

Yes. She'll require mandatory medical suveillance and will receive special instructions. See OP Bulletin 340:
