Can any of my family from a country i did not file refugee from visit me in Canada ?

I got accepted and applied for PR in March 2026...

Can family members from other country visit me . They have strong ties to their country visit Canada in the pass, never over stay ( spend only 4 days ) about 10years ago . At their job over 12years, immediate family back in their home country.

Do I need a lawyer to ask question?

I just long to see a family member face .

No issue although they would have to secure a TRV if not from a visa exempt country.

There is nothing inherently wrong with a protected person having relatives visit Canada. IRCC expressly recognizes that family members can visit someone in Canada temporarily if they satisfy the temporary-resident requirements with IRCC.

My mother and brothers-in-law were granted visitor visas and visited me while I was a refugee claimant—this was before (and after) my family and I received protected person status earlier this year. Therefore, it is possible, but approval depends on the applicant's qualifications and how well they meet the visa criteria.

Therefore, it is possible, but approval depends on the applicant's qualifications and how well they meet the visa criteria.

Mentioning that the person they are visiting in Canada is a refugee person is automatically not a negative point, but it can make the officer look more carefully at the applicant's purpose of visit and ties to their home country.
