I am interested in Quebec Provincial Program. I have just a simple question....i have not yet got french language certificate, but i am in process to get it within 2 or 3 months.
Till then will u suggest me to get started immigration process to save time or should i wait ???? Can i submit my certificate later ? Please do reply.
