Can a TWP work part time ?

I wonder if someone wit temp work visa besides the primary job upon which he received his closed work visa can also work as part time during the evening or night hours. Lets say as tutor 4-6 hour weekly?
Is it ok, or you in that way you are violation your visa?

No - you can't. The part time work will be illegal and in violation of your visa which will make you deportable.
