Can a tfw subcontract

Hi,
Just wondering if a TFW can subcontract from their employer for tax reasons, Or do you have to be a permanent resident? My boss has two companies and he was not sure if I could work for both. If anyone knows where I can find the information could you let me know.

No, you have to be an employee that is the basis on which the LMO is issued. HRSDC doesn't issue LMOs for sub contractors. LMOs are issued for 1 employer.
