Can a sponsor find a new job while papers are on process?

Hi, I live in Canada and I'm on a process of sponsoring my husband...One of the requirements was to submit a cert of employment which I did. But a better job opportunity came to me
unexpectedly. Will my husband's application be affected if Ill start a new job? Because I am presently a regular employee but when I accept the new job, Ill be probationary for 3 months but will earn more. Does anyone have the same experience? Thanks..
