Can a PR holder sponsor a rejected claimant?

May I ask if a PR holder can sponsor a rejected claimant?

It may be possible in the case of a spousal sponsorship but there will be a lot of scrutiny involved in the application.

If your brother is married and have kids with your parents still alive, then no you cannot sponsor you.

He is single and my father is only alive and he is back home.

He is single and my father is only alive and he is back home.

As your father is alive, you do not qualify to sponsor your brother. He should focus on gaining the necessary education/experience to qualify to immigrate.
