Hello guys,
It's a general question that I have seen in many Canadian visa forums that:

Can a married couple who comes to Canada on a visit visa settle there by doing some sort of family planning for example having kids in Canada? after having kids will they eligible to apply for a stay or PR in Canada?

Thanks.

No - of course not. If it was that easy - everyone would be doing it.

The kid will be a citizen. However this will be of zero benefit to the parents for a long time.

Once the kid is an adult and is making enough money through a job in Canada for three years straight to meet the low income cut off - he/she may qualify to sponsor their parents. Current processing times for parents are several years. So your kid would likely be at least 25 years old before you would be able to become a PR using them.
