My partner is a hepatitis b carrier, he applied for a study permit but was rejected, not sure if it is for health reasons, the reason stated on the refusal letter is not satisfied that he can leave Canada after studying. We might not go for the study permit again, but my son and I are in Canada now, my partner is planning to visit us as we have been separated for a long time. I am worried if he will be stopped to enter Canada at the border, as IRCC has his medical exam record. My son is a minor and an international student and I am taking care of him here.
