Can a Foreign Temporary worker in Canada Incorporate a Company?

Hi

I'm a temporary worker and i already apply for a permanent resident as skilled worker in BC.
Now my employer propose me to open another business with him while I'll still working for him.
I would like to know if is possible for a person in my position to open a Company on my name?

I believe that Canadian companies have to have at lease one Canadian as a director, as you are not (a PR or a citizen), I doubt that you could do this.
