so i created my jobbank acount more than 2 years when i first received the ITA. However, i forgot the password and i tried all the passwords i could think of.
i tried multiple times resetting the password, but when i click “forgot your password “ no confirmation code is sent to my email, which is needed to reset it. I am sure of the email i am using because i can find the initial confirmation emails sent 2 years ago.
i tried creating another account with another email. I was able to create a standard account, not a plus one. When i try to upgrade the account to plus by entering the Express Entry profile number and my Job Seeker validation code, an error occurs and a message is displayed that one of them is wrong. I am pretty sure I entered them correctly.
