Can’t get reference letter from HR

Hello Everyone.

So I’ve previously worked at two companies. At my 2nd company I’ve worked for 2.5 years and I have a reference letter from my manager, salary certificate and bank statements showing my income.

But the problem I’m facing is that I don’t have reference letter from my first job and HR is refusing to provide it. The only proofs I have from this job is a reference letter from my manager which has his email, contact no and signature but no company stamp and now he has left the company so he can’t be contacted https://xender.vip/ over the email. Other than that I have hiring memo and a salary certificate(for which I only have scanned copy as I lost the original). Is this amount of proofs going to be enough to verify my 3 years foreign experience.
