can’t find application in GcKey

Did you use a representative? If so, you can't connect your application on Gckey.
If you didn't use a representative and you've received the application ID, then use several combinations and try. And, number of applicants must be 2, if you're sponsored by your spouse. If there are dependents, then increase the number accordingly. But, you always include the sponsor as an applicant.
