I have been trying to call IRCC to check my application status for sometime now with no success; the system automated message tells me the same information I see on MyCiC account. Then when I select the option to talk to an operator, the system says that I can't be transferred because they have a high volume of calls.
Can anyone advise of the best time to call IRCC based on previous experience?
