Calling IRCC

Hi Guys,

I have been trying to call IRCC to check my application status for sometime now with no success; the system automated message tells me the same information I see on MyCiC account. Then when I select the option to talk to an operator, the system says that I can't be transferred because they have a high volume of calls.

Can anyone advise of the best time to call IRCC based on previous experience?

according our experience from South india , we called around 10:30 PM and waited till 11:04 PM IST , got an agent to speak..
so you may need to wait for so long ... and they may pickup ...
Twice we couldnt get them ...

Which app you used to call IRCC?
