Anyone actually been able to get through in the last 2 weeks? I've tried calling all different times of the day, and every time they have the recording saying they're too busy to put me on hold.
 
I think you have to be held at least 30 mins to speak to a real person

that's the problem though - they won't even put me on hold. They just say the call volume is too high and to try again later. I've tried right when they open, before they open, middle of day... you name it, I've attempted it. I've never had this much trouble getting a hold of anyone before.

My success is that I tried 5-6 consecutive times and was able at least jump on the queue. Hope my experience helps u
