Call Centre Toll Free Number

Hi all,

My friends have been using the call centre number 1 888 242 2100 and also 1 613 944 4000 (the latter which you can call from anywhere in the world but it puts you through to the toll free number). However, today one of them is trying to use the latter number from the USA to call the Call Centre in Canada and is not getting through


Do you know what the new number is to contact the Call Centre within Canada as if you are based in Canada?

I've heard from others that the 613 number stopped working several months ago. To reach the Canadian Call Centre you must now call from within Canada. If you are outside of Canada, you'll have to send an email.

Thanks do you have the email just in case.

There is a way to override the 613 number apparently she said if you just press the numbers really quickly before the machine speaks ... so like 1 ... 2 ... 1 then you get through to the options cuz she has been using it up to December.
