Hi, I received my AOR on Feb27 and I was able to check ECAS for the first two days but After that it gives the error "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided". Should I be worried? Thanks

If you have a different last name or birth date in any of the documents you submitted, that might be the reason.

I took my test on Feb 13, 2018 and my status is still "In Process". I called and have been told all is good and you just need to be patient! Calgary office seems quite slow these days.
