PR SINCE 15TH MAY 2016

STAYED IN CANADA FROM 15 th MAY STAYED TILL 27 TH JUNE 2016

PR EXPIRY DATE AS PER PR CARD 6 JULY 2021

WHEN IS THE LATEST DATE SHE SHOULD TRAVEL BACK TO CANADA( NEED 15 DAYS GRACE PERIOD TO TRAVEL BACK TO HOME COUNTRY)

After the 27th of June this year she will be in violation of residency obligation. She will need to remain in Canada for 2 years in order to maintain the RO. She is currently cutting it close.

You can do the calculations yourself based on the following statements. (Specific exemptions may apply).

She must not be outside Canada for more than 1095 days in the first 1825 days since she became a Permanent Resident.

If she has been a Permanent Resident for more than 1825 days, she must not have been outside Canada for more than 1095 days in the last 1825 days

Not my job to work out your residency calculations. It’s 730 days in a 5 year period from the date you landed. Grab a calendar and do the math. May 15th is 1095 days (+/- a day).
