I receive a letter when I am accepted for sponsor, but when I saw that they had made my date on the site CIC I called there and confirmed me and gave my number so my IUD
now I can see dates and change on the site the CIC online ...


When you see online it's 36 days now ... before was 2 months for request for sponsor for be accepted... when you will see its 36 days it's send there called them for know where is now...

I don't now what IUD is though I'm glad you say the sponsor should receive a response in 36 days this is great news. At least then we can know they do have the application and are working on it. You give me hope

CIC received my app October 30th. And December 19 they sent me email saying:"This confirms that your application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 2015/10/30 on behalf of the following member(s)"

so I think it takes about a month and half or so and you (the sponsor) should receive an Acknowledging of Receipt (AOR1) email

Yes I believe the Quebec process has extra steps to do than the normal procedures.

CIC received my app October 30th. And December 19 they sent me email saying:"This confirms that your application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 2015/10/30 on behalf of the following member(s)"

so I think it takes about a month and half or so and you (the sponsor) should receive an Acknowledging of Receipt (AOR1) email

You have received an email for me was by post , there must be a written numbers (IUC with 8 numbers) and with that you can go online on the CIC website ...



For Quebec is another request for the CSQ but done since 17 February and accept that too




The Dr done since 20 october 2015 and Police too
24-10-2015 Sending the file in Mississauga
26-10-2015 Application received at CIC
11-12-2015 Processing the application started
30-12-2015 accepted Sponsorship
17-02-2016 The CSQ with me
21-02-2016 Treatment request is begins at the Embassy in Cairo (Egypt)

Hi Saba,

It's Global Case Managment System..it's all the notes that the officers put on your file when they are processing your application. There's a topic about it here that explain the notes in details, I think it'll show how far they have looked into your file and if the applicant passed eligibility/criminality/medical and so on..
