Yes lily I've tried twice and they refused it, they just tell u this option to get money each time u try

Hi all im new to this site, not sure how it works, but i will give it a try. I got married to my husband in July 2011 our papers were received on July 21 in Miss. I received a con letter on Sept 28 stating that it was approved and being sent to Cairo. My husband received an email yesterday stating our file was now in ottawa and he maybe requested at some point to provide additional info either to sent to cairo office or the ottawa office. Just wondering what happens next. I had no idea that it would be in ottawa where i live. There has not been any updates on the site they provided and i noticed that others on this site have a summary of their progress on the left side, how do i do this. It seems like so far each stage has been taking about 2 months before i hear something new. It is really a waiting game and I like everyone else really miss my partner. Can anyone tell me what is next? thanks

Hi bondar, dont worry, actually ur case timeline is being faster than our older cases, my file was sent to mississauga in April and still I don't know their final decision, check your case online as it should turn to "in process" soon, it won't take more than two months if they start processing it, if u have no problems in ur case. Wishing u good luck

Thank you spirit 88 I notice it say on your profile that they received your medical. I sent everything in at the same time and i just figured that they would update the info but i guess it does not work that way lol. Did you also send your medical the same time as the application, because i notice some people state that it was requestioned. i thought that all of this was to be attached to your application when it is submitted. thanks

Yes bondar I did my medical and sent it at the beginning when I sent the file to Mississauga, and it's also better to pay all the fees including right of permanent residence fee because this makes ur case processed faster, I think they request Medicals if they expire cuz their expiry is after 1 year of doing it, so I didn't make it too soon, I've done it after I collected and authorized all the papers and did it before sending my file by one month. As long as u don't have criminal and you've sent enough proofs that ur marriage is genuine, so Inshallah it will be processed smoothly

i sent everything they requested including a cover letter and the full fee. it is just so hard to be patient i cant imagine waiting a year to be with my husband again. every day i tell myself i will not check the site for updates, guess what it doesn't work i always check and then i feel depressed. Inshallah may allah make it easier on me because im finding this process is driving me crazy lol I wish you all the luck and pray that we are all reunited with our love ones.

No emediano, they just update it online, I have recieved the e-email of ott-pilot in 17 Oct, and started processing on 3rd of November but they updated it online in about 8th of November and wrote that they started in 3rd
