It seems like the same amount of people each day on sunday get accepted, and same number get rejected, and those accepted have a friendly approach from the interviewer and those rejected are told the same thing, about being muslims and age difference? In my case I dont see 6 years as a lot, and we have the same religion so i dont understand his point of argument.....some sort of quota for the day?

For some reason I can't send a private message, but you should look at airbnb.com or kijiji.ca - you will find plenty of short term options.

If you see a place that you like and want an opinion on the area etc. please let me know and I can give you my feedback before you reserve it.

I am the wife, and I have already messaged Jason Kennedy 2 times... he doesn't care... I have hired a consultant to help with the appeal process and my consultant (who work as Visa Officer for 30 years) laughed when I told him I messaged Jason Kennedy and told me " oh dear you need to know he wont even read your mail".... so dont think that will work... sorry

hi guys, it took my family 4 years in total, but to be fair, they did ask us to submit extra documents two times -- so maybe that is why it took us longer? Most stories I heard was 2 years min, and 4 years max.. God be with you while you wait, hopefully not too long

So now I am sure there is something other reason the visa officer had to reject my husband and I....he uses 2 reasons of being too distant in age and different religion to reject a case...my husband and I are 6 years apart, and we are both muslims, I was a muslim before I even met him in person and I officially converted in a mosque in Cairo, I have much proof that it was not for my husband. It just makes me more and more confused...
