It is your own call as you can judge it by yourself only. However i would not reccomend since generally new tiem frame for old applicants is i beleive 85 months (give or take) and you almost gone through it. But if you re apply you will have to wait for another few years sicne fast track is also taking now 2 years (give or take). what ever you want to do, please do after carefull evaluation and consideration. Hi Shibu,
I am not Pk09, but i can answer your question, because i have a similar case like your. I order my Caips notes also and nothing also happened to my file and they also gave me a BF*D date of 22.1.2011, since after the BF*D i have not heard anything from them and my E.cas has not been updated also.

Sometimes BF*D pass without visa officer making any major decision in your case, so let be patient.

Bfd's are only stipulated dates when your file might coem to officers desk. Your file might be opened on, before or after bfd and might be worked upon but it is not 100 accurate. May be your file got opeend and you have been given another bfd bcoz of overwhelming workload at visa office or it could be any other factor. However fact remains the same that every file moves from bfd to bfd

I believe you are right in guessing about what you just wrote.
they open it on the bf'd date and suppose the NOC of the applicant is not needed at the moment or the quota is full, they just post another BF'd date and keep the file back in its place. this is why Qorax told me to wait for 6 months to order CAIPS once again.

Yes, Jnathan it is the same advice , he gave me. My BF*D was 22.1.2011. I have sent them an e.mail and i am waiting for the reply, If they do not reply as usual and i do not hear from them, i will order caips in July.

Hope they have done some work on my file.
