Caips notes

Dear All

1. How many times applicant can apply for caips?

2. applying for caips more then ones affecting application or not?

3. does visa officer knows applicant got caips notes?

4. does caips give bad impration on application if visa officer knows that why applicat applying for caips again and again?

please adivce my cas is in process since 3 june 2010 and i did not get any news from cic london i want to apply for caips to know how status of my case does cic sent medicals or not?

Hi,

Requesting for CAIPS will not affect the applicant's case processing and it will not cause any delay for that reason. Visa officer will defenitely come to know ones an applicant request for the CAIPS .
To get CAIPS notes it may take about a month. During that period you may get some communication from CIC about your case. Unless your case is delayed for a long period and if no reply from CIC for any of your enquiry you can request for CAIPS and see what is the cause for the delay. Otherwise it is quite useless. However an applicant has the liberty to decide whether he should go for CAIPS or not.
