caips notes (To Qorax)

Dear Qorax,

My caips notes file says that the immigration office has received IMM 5476 from my consultant. What does it mean?Also My caips notes file does not show, the points on which my case was filed. My consultant says that it is not necessary that the file bears the points. Is it true?

IM 5476, is the form you signed authorizing your consultant to be your representative to act on your behalf anything with regards your Canada immigration application. I have ordered CAIPS twice already and I dont see any breakdwon of the points though my CAIPS indicated that my total points is 67.
